The aim is to guide you in making contact with something new and enlivening in alignment with the greater gifts of the Dark chthonic energies.

• You do not need to have a dance, poetry or astrology background or be officially “creative” or an Artist to participate. 
• Movement is central to this class, but full body movement is not required or necessary. 
• Each activity is modifiable to meet the needs of participants. 
• You are not required to appear on camera. 
  
• It is open to those who identify as women, and those who do not. 
• The class series has been created in a way that is trauma informed, yet extends an invitation to be curious about perceived limitations.
