Tending the Fire: Belly Dance for the Dark of the Year 2026
Early pricing though October 15
Join Aepril for a four-week journey into the dark half of the year, where belly dance becomes a way to meet the season with warmth, presence, and intention. As the days shorten and the year turns inward, we'll dance our way toward the winter solstice, learning belly dance technique and combinations while exploring what this season asks and offers.
Whether you're returning to movement after time away or deepening your practice, this series invites you to slow down, move with purpose, and tend the fire within you through the lengthening nights. Each class weaves together dance, reflection, journaling, and ritual movement, so you leave ready to carry your own light into the winter. No experience necessary, just show up ready to move, explore, and warm yourself from the inside out. Recordings available for all classes. Tuesdays at 7 PM Irish time on Zoom.
Class One, November 17, The Thinning Light: Arriving in the body as the days grow shorter, and discovering what the dark half of the year is inviting you to set down.
